True
gate of Prealps, Nyons huddles up in the
Eygues river valley in the middle of orchards
and olive trees, well sheltered from the
Mistral wind bites.
As
soon as arrived, get lost in the narrow
alleys of the old village. They'll lead
you to the Calvary then to the Randonne
tower which is headed by a stone lace since
XIXth century and has been renamed « Notre
Dame de bon secours ». Thru
a paved stair, you'll go down towards Saint
Vincent church and the roman bridge which
cross the Eygues River since XVth century.
